Before our meeting, perhaps take the time to check off the questions and quotations you would  like to comment on. I’ve deliberately included far more questions and quotations than we can cover in our meeting time. Our conversation can just focus on those items you select.

Questions:

1.    Do animals dream? How about your pet?

2.    Where do dreams come from?

3.    Can the blind dream?

4.    Can dreams give you insight into your unconscious?

5.    Why might it be a good idea to keep a summary of each of our dreams?

6.    If you had your  choice, would you wish  for  more or fewer dreams when you sleep?

7.    How can you learn the significance of your dream?

8.    Can our dreams teach us anything important about ourselves?

9.    Do you think women dream more than men? Children more than adults?

10.Are your dreams in color or in black and white?

11.If you talk in your sleep, would you find it helpful to have a recording of what you say?

12.Can you do something before going to sleep to improve your chances of having good dreams? Nightmares?

13.What can you learn from studying own your dreams?

14.Does science know much about dreams?

15.Have you ever learned anything of value from your dreams?

16.If you had the power to video tape your dreams, would you want to do so?

17.Are we responsible for what we dream?

18.Just before going to sleep, can we do anything to make it more likely that we will have vivid dreams that we will remember once we awaken?

19.Has a dream ever helped you solve a problem?

20.While still awake, can you do anything to make it more likely that you will have a happy dream rather than a nightmare?

21.Can you do anything to make it more likely that you will recall your dream once you awaken?

22.Would you welcome the chance to learn how to interpret  your own dreams?

23.Do you recall ever having dreams show you had the power to fly on your own, like a bird?

24.Can you think of any famous inventions that grew out of person’s dream?
